Field fire

On 1st August 2022 after a prolonged spell of very dry weather several acres of fields just North of Galloping Lane near the Charingworth road caught fire.  It is believed to have been caused by a spark from a combine harvester.  David Cranke took the picture below.  The nearby crops have now been harvested.
